1.Agreement to Terms

Credentials must not be shared with third parties. We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate account access without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms.

3.Permitted & Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use the platform solely for lawful, analytical purposes. You strictly agree not to:

Reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or extract quantitative data or software code from the platform using automated tools or scripts.

Republish, sub-license, syndicate, or commercially exploit any AI-generated statistics, pattern insights, or outputs without prior written consent.

Attempt unauthorized entry into the platform’s infrastructure, databases, or API pathways.

4.Intellectual Property Rights

All software architecture, proprietary AI models, statistical algorithms, brand assets, and analytical outputs remain the sole property of the company. Subject to continuous compliance with these terms, users are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to view and utilize the generated analytical data for internal, non-commercial use only.

5.Informational Nature & Financial Disclaimer

The software and its outputs are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. All insights, statistical models, and pattern recognitions generated by the system are for general information and quantitative research purposes only. The platform does not provide financial advice, trading recommendations, or personal investment management. 6.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our cumulative liability for any damages, losses, or legal claims arising from your reliance on or use of the platform shall be capped at the total fees paid by you to us during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration rather than court proceedings, except where required by law.
